KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & CRITICAL DRIVERS:
A. 30% Content planning & research
- Develop and execute content strategies that align with our client's brand and marketing objectives
- Conceptualize and gather all pre-production elements. Manage and oversee content creation for all client campaigns, including blog posts, social media posts, website copy, email marketing, and more
- Create creative video content strategies based on marketing campaigns, and transform those strategies into copy for videos.
- Develop a Unique Value Proposition, creating content that differentiates the company from its competitors. This can include creating taglines, slogans, and other marketing messages communicating the client's unique selling points.
- Research vendor, competitor, and customer information to explain features and benefits clearly.
B. 30% Copy, content creation & optimization
- Develop concepts, and storyboards, and write script content for various types of videos (explainer, promo, and interview style).
- Consistently write and edit clear angle, content, tone, and persuasive copy for videos to help guide customers through their buyer's journey..
- Translate technical, and industrial terminology into accessible, benefit-oriented information.
- Use data and analytics to track content performance and make recommendations for improvement. Continuously analyze and optimize content for engagement, performance, and lead generation
C. 40%Manage team & develop creative work culture
- Manage the content team of content and copywriter to ensure production plan. Create and manage content calendars for all clients, ensuring deadlines are met and content is published on schedule
- Collaborate with internal teams, including designers and account managers, to ensure high-quality content is produced and delivered
- Analyze, report, and present the effectiveness of your campaigns to leadership.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, including SEO, social media, and content marketing strategies
- Manage relationships with freelancers, contractors, and other third-party vendors who contribute to content creation
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI's):
- Meet 100% production target (weekly and monthly monitoring).
- Meet at least 80% targeted content performance on CTR, lead generation, ETC. (daily, weekly, monthly & yearly monitoring).
- Meet 100% deadline on all communication, request, planning & reporting.

● Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns that meet or exceed client objectives
● Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
● Ability to work collaboratively with other teams within the agency
● Strong presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations to clients
● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
● Experience working with global clients and understanding of cultural nuances is a plus
● The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for future campaigns is a plus
Quyền lợi
- Salary: 20tr - 25tr Gross
- 13th-month salary
- Performance review: Twice a year
- Working hours: 9 AM - 6 PM, Mon - Fri.
