Content Creation and Production:
Be a key driver of content in all formats and platforms, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, social media posts, and more.
Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with the company's e-commerce goals and brand identity.
Ensure content quality: up-to-date, engaging, relevant, and optimized for search engines (SEO) and all marketing channels.
Lead content and creative outsourcing projects.
User Engagement and Community Development:
Build, manage, and develop a community to boost engagement through content that encourages interaction, discussion, and feedback.
Analyze user engagement and adjust content strategy accordingly to enhance customer interaction with proven results.
Transform the community into a passive organic sales channel and improve conversion rates.
PR and Branding:
Oversee the company's PR & branding activities.
Be the media contact point, raise brand awareness, and foster personal branding for the CEO.
Lead branding/marketing projects assigned by the Sales & Marketing Director.
Campaign Management:
Plan and develop campaign implementation strategies.
Set clear KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure campaign success.
Allocate resources effectively for successful campaign execution.
Create and deliver phase/periodic/completion reports for marketing campaigns.
Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with marketing, performance marketing, and design teams to align content with overall marketing strategies.
Work with designers, videographers, and photographers to produce visually appealing content.
Partner with product managers and subject matter experts to gather insights and information for accurate content creation.
Content Analytics and Optimization:
Measure and report on content performance and optimize content for better results.
Refine content strategies based on data-driven insights to improve reach, engagement, and other KPIs throughout the marketing funnel.
Brand Consistency:
Ensure all content adheres to the company's brand guidelines, voice, and messaging standards.
Maintain a consistent brand image and messaging across all content pieces and platforms.

Yêu cầu công việc

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or content strategy, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
Minimum 2 years of experience in team management, preferable in content, digital marketing, customer service or similar functions.
Proficiency in SEO best practices and a solid understanding of how content impacts search rankings.
Experience with content management systems (CMS), digital asset management, and content scheduling tools.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas that align with business objectives.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with close attention to details and versatility to adapt for different platforms and audiences.
Strong understanding of the impact of content to user behavior.
Strong project management skills to coordinate content production and distribution across various channels.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
