- We are seeking a motivated Social Media Specialist to effectively engage with targeted virtual communities and network users.
- Our objective is to achieve exceptional customer engagement, foster intimacy, drive website traffic, and increase revenue through strategic utilization of the social media marketing roadmap.
- The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of various social media platforms and how to optimize content for maximum engagement.
- As a representative of our brand, you will actively participate in relevant conversations, gently promoting our products/services while providing support to existing and potential customers.
- Your expertise in social media marketing will be essential in achieving our goals and establishing strong brand connections.
- Serve as a point of contact with social communities/groups on Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, forums, and blogs.
- Interact with community members and customers in a professional, personable, and timely manner to grow and keep the community alive.
- Work with the marketing, creative, and customer experience teams to create high-quality, engaging, relevant, and timely content.
- Manage the social media editorial calendar and ensure the content is published by the stipulated deadlines.
- Foster and strengthen new relationships with key influencers within the community.
- Deploy social listening tools to monitor positive/negative comments and topic trends, and strive to boost engagement and resolve any potential conflicts that may affect brand reputation.
- Generate comprehensive reports on overall community sentiment and notable trends and provide meaningful feedback.
- Keep up to date with the latest social media trends and emerging social media platforms in the industry.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in content promotion.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field
- In-depth knowledge of current digital marketing technologies and techniques.
- Experience in Entertainment/ content marketing (VOD/ OTT preferred).
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Advanced ability to drive creativity and innovation.
