Mô tả công việc
Main Purpose of the Job: Responsible for coordinating with brand and lead agency on strategy and taking briefs and approvals from internal stakeholders. They are also an active gatekeeper of the brand guidelines and proactively seek new opportunities.
Key Outputs / Deliverables:
1. PIC for all CS matters and gatekeeper of all brand and social media guidelines
2. Coordinates Brand teams and internal stakeholders to brief and approve content
3. Leadership of cross functional teams
4. Search for new opportunities on innovation
5. High level expertise on content opportunities per media channel
6. Schedules and oversees brand onboarding processes
7. Provides brand teams with visibility on CS within Nestlé, sharing best practice and learnings across the company
8. Creates processes and workflows tailored for specific brand needs and realities
9. Ensures content is executed according to platform creative hygiene/best practices
10. Assumes responsibility for guard railing the SOW of multiple stakeholders (NiM Studio, Category Studio, IBS, Lead Creative Agency, etc.)
11. Reinforces and ensures scopes are respected according to the Nestlé content typology framework
12. Responsible for providing CS team with necessary, up-to-date digital training with our partners
13. Oversees all content created and delivered to brands by the CS
14. Ensures the content executed is aligned with brand content strategy, brand guidelines and BBNW fundamentals
15. Approves low-risk content produced according to content strategy and preagreed with brands

1. Srong stakeholder Managent Skills, Project Management, Business Acumen
2. Excellent Communications skill in both English & Vietnamese
3. Understand Measurements / Performance Indicators: APRAIS Score, Studio efficiency & productivity, assets produced, planned versus actual, content performance analytics
4. Preferred background in Account Manager in Agency with FMCG Clients
5. Master in follow brand guidelines and understand how to adapt in different business situations
