Content Writer / Content Creator

Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation: Write and edit engaging content for our website, social media platforms, email campaigns, blog articles, and other marketing materials.
• Market Research: Collaborate with real estate agents, clients, and the marketing team to acquire and integrate content that resonates with our audience.
• Event Coverage: Attend company events, open houses, and other real estate-related activities to capture stories and content for marketing use.
• Internal Communications: Assist in managing internal communication for staff and clients, including newsletters and company announcements.
• Website Management: Regularly update content on the company's website and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, create engaging posts, respond to comments and inquiries, and track engagement metrics.
• Content Strategy: Work with the marketing team to develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our business goals and brand voice.
• Photography: Capture photos at real estate events and property tours, or coordinate with professional photographers to enhance visual content.
• Analytics: Monitor the performance of content using metrics and analytics to measure success and optimize future content.
