The foremost critical success factor for implementing a Continuous Improvement mindset is leadership commitment. LCI is one of The LEGO Group's core capabilities and for this reason; we need to ensure that structure, processes, people and culture supporting LCI is in place.
LCI builds capabilities in the organization to align, simplify and improve processes, to increase problem-solving skills and to increase change readiness.
Core responsibilities:
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives making employees feel empowered to continuously improve and drive changes themselves
• Coach managers in implementing LCI tools, processes, behaviors and mindset.
• Drive LCI implementation and major improvement activities on site successfully without need for technical support
• Arrange and conduct LCI trainings
• Analyze and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes
• Formulate recommendations and solutions to achieve productivity gains
• Follow-up and support employees in the implementation of the recommendations
• Create, implement and continuously use global LCI standards and feedback with improvement points.
• Work independently with Corporate Management Leadership Teams (L2 LTs)

Reporting to the LCI Director, this position's responsibility is to influence, coach, be sparring-partner and challenge the business leaders and specialists to adopt and implement the LEGO Continuous Improvement (LCI) mindset and ways of working.
Focus will be to implement LCI tools, processes, behaviors and mindset with the aim of building organizational capabilities and driving major improvement activities. Driving major improvement activities with many stakeholders will require a high degree of change and stakeholder management.
This position will be part of the local LCI network and you will support the global LCI agenda.

Do you have what it takes?
• Graduated in industrial management or similar will be an advantage. BSc/BA/ Master in relevant field such as Engineering or business administration is preferred
• Preferably 5 years of Lean/OPEX/CI implementation experience
• Hands on experience in transitioning from traditional processes to Lean/OPEX/CI processes
• Experience as in Lean/Daily management system deployment phases of manufacturing environment would be an advantage
• Experience of coaching/working with Management to secure mandate and support for initiatives
• Experience with participating and succeeding through teamwork, local networks and global networks
• Strong experience in facilitation and communication
• Have experience that demonstrates proven results in terms of lead-time reduction, quality improvement, cost reduction etc...
• Experience as internal/external consultant would be an advantage
• Good English skills

• Ability to work and influence at leadership level
• Ability to initiate and drive change and innovation
• Able to provide feedback to leaders directly and in a team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with ability to communicate and build rapport with colleagues from and out of the team
• Ability to actively listen to, and understand diverse, sometimes opposing needs from various parts of the organisation and balance them to the overall good of the company

Nhà máy Lego tại Việt Nam là nhà máy thứ 7 của Lego trên thế giới và là nhà máy trung hoà Carbon đầu tiên của tập đoàn.
Công ty TNHH Lego Manufacturing Việt Nam, một doanh nghiệp 100% vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, đã thực hiện dự án nhà máy tại Bình Dương, Việt Nam. Nhà máy này đã hoàn thành 26% tổng khối lượng xây dựng trong giai đoạn 1 và sẽ có 4.000 việc làm mới được tạo ra trong vòng 15 năm tới. Tập đoàn này đang tiến thêm một bước để hướng đến việc hoàn thành xây dựng nhà máy trị giá 1,3 tỷ USD tại Việt Nam. Ngoài ra, Lego cũng đang chuẩn bị lao động, nhân sự để vận hành nhà máy và dự kiến sẽ có khoảng 100 người được tuyển dụng trong những tháng cuối năm 2023 và tăng lên 500 người trong năm 2024 để đảm bảo đi vào sản xuất trong nửa cuối năm 2024.
Số lao động được tuyển dụng để vận hành nhà máy dự kiến nâng lên tới 4.000 người, tạo ra việc làm và nguồn thu đáng kể cho ngân sách.
Lego cho biết trên website, sẽ có các vị trí tuyển dụng trong lĩnh vực Kỹ thuật và Sản xuất, cũng như Nhân sự, Tài chính và Chuỗi cung ứng,... Ứng viên dù là sinh viên mới tốt nghiệp hay chuyên gia sản xuất đều có cơ hội việc làm.
