Play Your Part in Our Team Succeeding
The LEGO Continuous Improvement (LCI) function is a core capability at The LEGO Group, supporting strategic priorities by building a sustainable continuous improvement mindset across the organization. Leadership commitment is the key success factor, and LCI ensures the right structure, processes, people, and culture are in place.
LCI develops organizational capabilities to align, simplify, and improve processes; enhances problem-solving skills; and increases change readiness. This role acts as a business partner, influencing and challenging leaders to adopt LCI ways of working while supporting both local site needs and the global LCI agenda.
The position exists to drive strategic and tactical LCI implementation, develop in-house CI expertise, and contribute to cross-functional improvements. Major challenges include managing complex stakeholder dynamics, leading large-scale changes, and delivering measurable results in productivity, quality, lead-time reduction, and cost efficiency.
