Mô tả công việc
- Promoting the Warehouse Business & LD business to Mainfreight worldwide network.
- Finding new potential WH &LD customers and strategy WH & LD accounts
- Develop a strong sales pipeline in accordance with company strategy, with focus on WND business.
- Advising the Country Manager in planning, organizing and implementing logistics activities.
- Organize and operate the company's warehouse and transportation.
- Control profit and Loss of Warehouse and Distribution
- Manage all WH & LD related vendors including all trucks, movers, packaging, suppliers,..
- Managing and operating the WH sales team doing well, recruiting & developing and training WH &LD sales team.
- Report to Country Manager or upper level when required
- Other related jobs under the assignment of Country Manager
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor degree in Business Management, Major in Economic/ Foreign Trade/ Maritime or Engineering with subjects like logistics, port management and shipping.
- Rich knowledge of Warehouse and Local Distribution/Domestics
- Experience Sales in Warehousing/Logistics with 4-5 years background of management is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills;
- Innovative - trying to see possibilities rather than problems
- Works independently and good at team working
- Good English skills
