Job Description
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand presence and fostering engagement across various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Communications
Lead the development of a comprehensive content strategy aligned with organizational objectives
Collaborate cross-functionally to produce compelling content for social media platforms, PR articles, and other marketing collateral
2) Implementing Marketing Plan
Take lead for the execution of O2O marketing activities for Vietnam (conferences, product launch events, roadshows, seminars, workshops, exhibitions, etc.). Support the marketing activities of APAC regions
Be a key contact to work with stakeholders and agencies to ensure timely project delivery
Provide creative direction and support in designing visual assets, including graphics, infographics, and presentations, to complement marketing initiatives
Uphold brand guidelines and standards to maintain consistency and enhance brand recognition
3) Digital Marketing
Oversee the management and optimization of all social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and relevant groups/communities
Drive the development and execution of social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth
4) Analytics and Performance Optimization:
Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze marketing metrics and campaign performance
Generate actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement
5) Other tasks
Suppliers management (Contract, payment,...)
Other tasks assigned by manager

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications or relating majors
At least 6 months to 1 year of experience working in Marketing or Communications and PR at the same level
Experience in B2B industry with design skills is an advantage
English: Mandatory, at advanced level
Microsoft Office
Able to use different design software's is a plus (photoshop, AI,...)
Video production skill is an advantage
Project & Time management, Teamwork, Budget management
