coordinator / Administrator (temporary 8 months)SGS VIETNAM Ltd.

- Client / affiliates liaison for all correspondence including nominated inquiries, quotations, receipt of orders.
- Review the job orders/nominations from the client.
- Make coordination/arrangement the job order and human resource.
- Provide technical documents/client's instruction to Inspector/Laboratory technician (documents, contact person, time/place of inspection, analysis items/ methods...).
- Support Section Manager including but not limited to Preparing reports, certificates and pass to Section Manager for checking before approval by Division Manager/Technical Manager.
- Send approved reports, certificates and invoices to clients / affiliates or other parties as approved by Section Manager.
- Continuous updating and filing of documents in Inspection Files including File Management Checklist and W/O book.
- Support Section Manager and Division Manager with other duties as directed by the Section Manager and or Division Manager.
- Conduct TG field audits for detecting non-compliance.
- Complete all trainings required by the Division.
