Mô tả công việc
I. GENERAL MISSION
The purpose of the Sales Executive role is to maintain growth of existing and potential accounts, personal care of top account, the handling of customer complaints, and to meet sales revenue targets.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Building up and maintain the relationship with corporate account.
* Handling daily sales activities: Tele-sales, sales call, site Inspection, proposal, quotation, contracting, presentation, following up booking, chasing customer.
* Develop and forward quotations and proposals
* Monitoring the market and identifying and approach new costumers
* Contributing with Sales/ marketing ideas to promote the company products in the market
* Follow up booking payment when needed
* Prepare and update yearly contracts with clients
* Handle promotions, online selling, representative office requests in coordination with the Sales team.
* Support SM/ DOSM in maintenance and growth of potential and key accounts
* Document bookings, special requests and agreements for monitoring or evaluations
* Support Sales with forecasts and revenue planning
* Define potential clients and follow-up
* Conduct sales calls/ tele-call and sales call evaluation
* Client care and complaint handling as required
* Ad-hoc duties as assigned by DOSM
* Preparing the BEOs and support SM in BEOs delivering info to other Dept.
* Take care event, banquet in-house.
* Willing to working in public holiday, weekend.
* Coordinate with SM to review all daily FB and conference charges posted to relevant accounts during each convention, meeting or incentive, to ensure that all charge are in line the BEOs.
* Coordinate with FB/ Kitchen team.

* Bachelor's degree in any field is required

Experiences
* Minimum 1 year in a similar position in 4 or 5 star hotel
* The successful candidate is expected to be on board by the end of April, 2019.
