Corporate Finance Leader

Role Summary
Lead corporate finance and FP&A activities.
Partner with BUs to manage financial performance.
Connect business KPIs with P&L and cash flow.
Provide clear financial insights to management.
Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Data, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Finance & FP&A
Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
Set financial targets with BUs.
Track monthly actuals vs. budget.
Analyze variances and key drivers.
Consolidate financial plans across BUs.
Monitor revenue, cost, margin, and cash flow.
Management Accounting
Build management accounting by BU, product, and segment.
Define cost allocation rules.
Analyze BU profitability and unit economics.
Link business KPIs with P&L results.
Analyze MRR, ARR, GMV, churn, LTV, and CAC.
Support ROI analysis for business initiatives.
Business Performance Management
Partner with BU leaders on financial planning.
Challenge assumptions and business plans.
Identify cost and efficiency opportunities.
Monitor financial performance and key risks.
Support pricing and profitability analysis.
Management Reporting
Prepare monthly management reports.
Consolidate BU performance for management.
Explain key financial movements and variances.
Turn financial data into business insights.
Support ad-hoc analysis and decision-making.
