Corporate Legal Director

Provide leadership and guidance on a full range of legal issues, legal aspects of company business and give accurate and timely advice to management in a variety of legal topics.
Provide proactively President & CEO and General Director, and other Legal Representatives with legal advice/consultancy on the Company's activities.
Lead research & manage team to ensure proper legal advice on Company's documents, Company's report in alignment with government's policies & regulations relating to the company's business.
Identify and recommend procedures and practices to protect HASD from undue liability and to assist with risk assessment and control. Lead the effective risk management techniques application.
Lead to conduct legal procedures or represent for the Company if assigned in the process of complaints, disputes, and related legal proceedings. Directly participate in the negotiation/handling/resolving of problems and disputes arising on Company's legal matters.
Maintaining proper corporate interactions with the relevant local, and central governmental bodies.
Other assignments from direct Management Board and Line Managers from time to time to manage all legal issues of the Company.
