Corporate Legal Officer

Major in Law/Commercial Law with minimum 02 years of legal experience working on law services at a full time position;
Familiar with Investment Law, Enterprise Law, Commercial Law, Competition Law, IP Law;
Ability to clearly organize and inform through good written and verbal communications
Working under pressure, ability to manage multiple deadlines and have experiences in dealing with the authorities.
Excellent ability to analyse problems and come up with practical, workable solutions
MS office well-trained

Be proactive and resolve issues or escalate those being over-authorized to respective superior.
Maintain the security and safety of the office, employees and guests by keeping a watchful eye on the office, ensure all entrances are guarded or closed and locked at all times.
