Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning &
Business Development+ Analyze the business environment and plan long-term, medium-term, and short-term business strategies.
+ Identify opportunities to enhance business value and propose strategic initiatives.
+ Develop new business models or scheme aligned with company goals.
Leadership Communication & Coordination
+ Accurately communicate the General Director's directions to internal parties (Board of Directors, Employees) and external parties (Head Office, Guests, NSC, other Manufacturing Companies).
+ Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategic goals.
+ Maintain strong working relationships with NSC and other manufacturing companies to improve overall business performance.
Financial & Investment Management
+ Make decisions that are consistent with the business strategies of the head office and our company.
+ Propose and evaluate investment projects to drive sustainable growth.
+ Develop and monitor cost management plans to ensure profitability.
+ Work with NSC and the Head Office to build pricing policies that maximize consolidated profit.
Team Management
+ Coach, develop, and support team members to improve performance and capabilities.
+ Monitor individual progress and provide feedback to help achieve targets.
+ Review team members' work before submitting to higher management.
