Purpose
Works independently or under limited supervision with the content-based oriented attitude to provide operational support by performing a range of route activities using existing systems and protocols.
Responsibility
Business Plan & Business Performance Management
Develop the company strategy, business plan, both annual and mid/long-term plan.
Set up the scenarios and premises to guide relevant divisions and departments.
Coordinate with the responsible divisions and departments to update and review business plans as needed over the course of the development annual business plan in order to ensure alignment with the company' strategic objectives and the external environment.
Coordinate with relevant divisions and departments to analyze company business performance against the business plan and reflect any changes required into strategic plans and operational plans.
Conduct monitoring (monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly) of key goals of the divisions and departments' business plan
Coordinate among divisions/departments to develop and monitor the corporate KPIs and individual KPIs for Management and divisions and departments.
Assist in communicating among divisions/departments on cascading the KPIs and business message from Management for better engagement of divisions/departments in implementing the Company objectives.
Develop performance measures to ensure the best actual practice from all divisions.
In coordination with focal point of all divisions, update the data on appropriate systems for performance measurement, track and report.
Attend meetings, as requested, with various entities such as: external agencies, government entities, sponsors, etc. and take notes/minutes of meetings if required.
Perform other tasks as assigned by Department Manager, and/or other superiors.
Report: Extract and combine data to generate standard reports as assigned.
Procurement: Monitor and update the annual budget on template as guideline
Budgeting: Assist in developing, reviewing, maintaining and monitoring Corporate Planning's budget and its procurement plan.
Policy and procedure: Assist in developing, reviewing, maintaining and updating CP's manual, guidelines.
Building capability of teams: Develop personal capabilities using existing formal and informal training opportunities.
Other tasks assigned by Managers and other superiors

Educational Level
University graduated or above
Work Experience
At least 4-8 years' experience in international company and/or joint venture project
Skills
Knowledge about Business Planning, KPIs and finance analysis
Experience of working or liaising with international company/organizations
Experience in the business operation such as coordination or preparation of minutes and agendas and recording of meetings, reporting.
Good knowledge about business planning, International Standard such as ISO9001, ISO14000 etc.
Good administrative skills and interpersonal skills, including team working, liaison and ability to be persuasive when progress-chasing other staff and managers
Good communication skills, including cultural sensitivity and discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive information
Excellent written, including ability to draft correspondence in English
Fluent communication in English (TOEIC 600 or equivalent)
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
