As a Resident Vietnam Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting our foreign clients to prepare and obtain Vietnam work permit, Business Visa, temporary residence card, and other services related to immigration and labor. Note that our clients are major multinational companies who we are bringing their expat employees to Vietnam to work.



Please note: Previous experience with arranging work permits and visas for foreigners preferred. Previous legal education/experience preferred.



Your main tasks will consist of:

- Consulting and advising foreign clients (companies and their expatriates)

- Assisting in the preparation of all required documents as per the laws and regulations of Vietnam.

- Coordinating with counterparts in overseas for the legalization of expatriates' documents.

- Meeting clients in HCMC to collect, deliver documents.

- Submitting applications to authorities.

- Following up client's requests (by phone and email).

- Reporting.

- Working with your fellow team members to navigate Vietnameses regulations and obtain the best results for the clients.



We offer a comfortable, supportive working environment, and flexible hours. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. The majority of the work time is spent in our offices in District 1.
