Mô tả công việc
Search for wholesale channel partners. Contact and consult to develop new customers.
• Negotiate contracts, propose solutions, and agree conditions with customers in signing contracts.
Handle arising issues related to the cooperation program.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners/customers to develop new business.
• Monitor and capture market fluctuations,... report to superiors and make timely suggestions.
Customer care, planning to periodically check inventory data, product display images, and shelves at points of sale.
• Plan and implement offline events and promotions according to each company and customer policy.
• Report business situation weekly/monthly/quarterly and perform other tasks as requested by superiors.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Graduated from University/College majoring in Business Administration/Economic or related field.
• Have at least 1-2 years of experience in a Business Development/Key Account/Sales B2B position
• Good presentation & communication skills,
• Good negotiation & problem-solving skills.
• Have customer care skills
• Have knowledge & experience in the cosmetics industry is an advantage.
• Have at least 1-2 years of experience in a Business Development/Key Account/Sales B2B position
