Mô tả công việc

Cost control management: To keep in contact with the mother company (Group CFO) to develop and implement the total cost management plan concerning all the Projects' budget
Cost forecast: Follow up with the project progress and ensure the budget for each project
Cost analysis & tracking: Analyst and evaluate the project cost performance to identify the risk area and modify the plan if any.
Project budget report and risk assessment: Prepare and update the budget and cost management plan of equipment, materials, & labour and report in time the progress and risk assessment with the solution.
Finance management: Oversees the financial and accounting management of the company

RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY
1/ Project Management:

Provide cost advice for the development of the project or make the quotation of the new project
Follow up the contract issues and monitor the cost impact on the project
Maintains proper internal control over revenue and expenses of the company
Development of real cost control in order to optimize working capital
Provide timely and reliable financial information and analysis that leads to effective decision-making in-country
Provides financial information and analysis that supports the country to meet agreed objectives

2/ Financial management:

Monitors the financial performance of the company and advises the management of any remedial actions required.
Prepares and submits the finance report to the management, besides accounts reconciliation and other regular reports
Prepares annual budget for approval and ensures proper budgetary control.
Monitoring of investment plans reporting and analysis
Check report cash flow monthly
Report monthly to Group -data collect, coherence checking
Report monthly to Group - import data on the report, check reconciliation, business result
Organize audit, check finance report yearly
Corporate tax finalization

3/ Others:

Risk management (insurance, contracts, commitments, litigation)
And more generally, the coordination of resources, planning, and organization of work within services
Other jobs assigned by the Management Board

Yêu cầu

Major in Finance and Accounting or Audit and Chief Accountant Certificate, technical Degree is plus;
At least 5 years experience in a similar position in Global environment, manufacturing company is a plus
Have experience and knowledge of total cost management, allocation of budget. Construction estimating & scheduling is plus
Have good knowledge of all the latest accounting, economical laws, and procedures;
Able to maintain a strong network in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment
Management skills, analytical skills, communication skills, negotiating, problem-solving skills
Reliable with a sense of responsibility, confidence, and integrity
Strong attention to detail, Organization skills, Management skills, Critical and Analytical thinking, communication skills, negotiating, problem-solving skills.
Can work independently with Authorized government organizations ;
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet, Outlook, Accounting software & Global ERP.
Good command of spoken and written English, French speaking is a plus.
