Get to know the role in general :
The individual needs to be a creative thinker who can conceptualize and articulate their creative vision.
From a CopyWriting base, he/she will be the center of the Creative ecosystem.
Your profile could be an experienced CopyWriter who is eager to take on more responsibilities working directly with the brand owner.
Collaborate closely with the brand owner to understand their business objectives, target audience, and brand identity, translating these insights into compelling creative concepts and strategies.
The Creative Content Leader is the link between the brand owner and the Content team.
The Creative Content Leader provides copy and creative concepts. Looking for opportunities to integrate new creative directions into the client's campaign.
Put into words what everybody is only able to dream about.
The Creative Content leader is the storyteller who makes the client's dream become reality.
The envisioned role requires an individual who, besides understanding their audience's thinking and motivation, can bring their client's stories to life.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital design and development, incorporating new ideas and techniques into our creative process.
Day-to-day activities:
Planning / Evaluate Strategy 30%
Review and critique creative work to ensure it meets quality standards, brand guidelines, and client expectations, providing constructive feedback and coaching to team members as needed.
Examine user requirements and goals to develop appropriate digital communication strategies.
Collect and evaluate project data (with the support of the brand owner) to improve project efficiency and results.
Propose improvements and implement functionalities based on campaign specifications.
Run, set up, manage, and monitor advertising campaigns on different channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved.
Community Management - Monitoring Social Platform (Facebook Fanpage, Instagram Business, Youtube, TikTok): reply to comments and inbox, maintain users' interaction.
Stay updated on trends to increase engagement and brand awareness
Analyze content marketing metrics and customer insights
Content Creation 70%
Plan content strategy with specific goals.
Generate ideas and implement content marketing campaigns.
Develop and manage content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and eventually YouTube.
Collaborate with designers to produce quality written and visual content.
Edit and optimize SEO-friendly content.
The must-have:
- At least a Bachelor's in Linguistics, Journalism and Communication, Psychology, Marketing, or a related major.
- Good command of English, writing, and speaking.
- At least 3 years of experience working on the agency or client side is valued.
- Ability to generate ideas strategically.
Mastering the pack office (Word, Excel, and dearest PowerPoint).
Understanding of market trends and digital technology and knowledge of the digital ecosystem.
Extensive knowledge of digital media, especially search and social media platforms such as Facebook, Google, and others.
Extensive portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects.
Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
Ability to research and analyze marketing case studies.
Understanding of influencer marketing
