Creative Lead (Copy-Based)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ideate, write or direct and execute original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives or goals
Develop disruptive creative that meets both our clients' objectives as well as our business objectives, maintaining the company's expected levels of creative excellence and professionalism
Present creative concepts to clients, clearly articulating the thinking behind our disruptive strategies
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through to completion, ensuring timely delivery of all deliverables
Supervise, inspire and lead your creative team in all aspects of the present and future creative landscape
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages creativity and innovation
Participate in new business pitches, contributing fresh and compelling ideas that showcase TBWA's disruptive capabilities
Stay current with industry trends, cultural shifts, and consumer behaviors to inform our creative strategies
Measure the effectiveness of the work and make data-driven adjustments to enhance performance
Present, share and review creative works with Executive Creative Director, Account Management and Planning Leads as well as members of the Management Team
Communication Skills:
Communicate effectively and clearly, both orally and in writing, in English
Communicate clearly and honestly with managers, peers and clients
Leadership Responsibilities:
Help identify and understand the strengths and weaknesses of creative teams under your supervision to effectively mentor and nurture junior to mid-level creative talent
Inspire your subordinates on creative trends and developments through sharing and training
