Mô tả công việc
1. Creative Talent Acquisition and Building:
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for the creative department
Utilize the agency's industry network and recruitment tools/platforms to proactively identify and source the flexible workforce of creative talent to meet the agency's staffing needs.
Build and maintain a database of vetted creative freelance resources to supplement the agency's creative teams as needed.
Assist with onboarding and training of new creative hires.
Collaborate with the HR team and Creative Leaders on performance management, and employee development for the creative department.
Organize and oversee creative training courses, both online and offline, to upskill and develop the agency's creative staff.
Assist the Executive Director and Creative Directors in managing and growing the creative department of the agency.
2. Creative Project Management:
Oversee the allocation and scheduling of creative projects and jobs across various creative teams within the agency.
Work closely with the creative leaders and business department heads to understand resource requirements and skill gaps for upcoming projects.
Develop and implement processes for efficient project management and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and creative team workloads, making adjustments as needed to ensure timely delivery.
Act as a liaison between the creative teams and other departments to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows, processes, and resource utilization.

Yêu cầu
3+ years of experience in a creative operations, project management, or talent management role within an advertising, marketing, or creative agency.
Proven track record of successfully managing projects and allocating creative resources, both full-time and freelance, across multiple projects and teams.
Strong understanding of the creative process and the unique needs and challenges of creative professionals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to think strategically, problem-solve, and make data-driven decisions
