CRM & Content Marketing Specialist

As a CRM & Content Marketing Specialist, you'll take full ownership of email marketing and content strategy, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud as your primary tool. You'll build automated customer journeys, craft high-performing emails, and run campaigns that attract, convert, and retain customers across Europe. From planning to execution, your work will shape how the brand connects with audiences across multiple channels.
You'll collaborate closely with IT, Sales, Customer Support, and external marketing partners to ensure cohesive messaging across email, webshop, social media, and ads. You'll also drive innovation by testing new tools, enhancing automation, and exploring AI to improve performance. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who combines strong writing skills with a strategic, data-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build campaigns, flows, and journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Lead campaign: plan, execute, and track performance across all stages.
- Create clear, conversion-focused copy for email, webshop, ads, and social.
- Update webshop: collaborate with IT to maintain content and support SEO.
- Ensure consistency: align messaging with performance marketing across channels.
- Optimize CRM: improve data quality and segmentation in Salesforce.
- Test and innovate: explore new tools, AI, and automation to boost results.
- Coordinate teams: work with Sales and Support to align messaging and lead flows.
