Job Purpose: To handle export and import cross-border transportation shipments and ensure smooth, accurate, and timely service for assigned customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, following SOPs.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, overseas agents, and internal teams to ensure cargo movement.
Prepare and issue shipping documents, debit notes, and pre-alerts.
Track shipments and update customers regularly (at least 4 times per day).
Submit reports and complete eFMS entries before the 5th of each month.
Support team activities and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
1-3 years of logistics or cross-border transportation experience.
Good command of English and/or Chinese.
Strong communication, teamwork, and customer-oriented mindset.
Willing to work overtime and travel as required.
