We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused Operations Specialist to be a key player in our newly formed Customer Service Centre (CSC). This role is critical for executing the day-to-day tasks that ensure seamless service delivery for all non-EasySpeed office shipments. You will be responsible for precise data management, proactive shipment tracking, and providing exceptional support to our overseas agents and internal teams. Key Responsibilities
Operational Execution & Data Integrity:
• Execute the end-to-end monitoring process for assigned non-EasySpeed office shipments (Air and Ocean).
• Ensure all shipment data is entered into the Cargowise system accurately and in a timely manner, upholding the highest standards of data integrity.
• Proactively track and trace shipments, identifying potential delays and escalating issues to the supervisor as needed.
Customer & Stakeholder Support:
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for customer and agent inquiries, providing timely and professional communication.
• Support the performance management of our overseas agents by ensuring they have the necessary data and updates to meet service level agreements.
• Collaborate closely with internal Air Operations, Ocean Operations, and Key Account teams by providing essential operational support and information.
Process Adherence & Continuous Improvement:
• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) meticulously to maintain consistency and quality.
• Identify and suggest opportunities for improving workflow efficiencies, particularly in Cargowise data entry and shipment monitoring processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects led by the Operations Supervisor, contributing ideas and supporting implementation.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory
• 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding operations.
• Proficiency with the Cargowise platform is a significant advantage and a key requirement for success in this role.
• Basic understanding of air and/or ocean freight documentation and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
• Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
