Position Summary:
To ensure accurate and timely order processing and customer communication, acting as a key interface between customers and internal functions (Sales, Production, Planning, Logistics, and Supply Chain) to maintain high customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
Job description:
• Process and manage customer orders in ERP
• Confirm order details (lead time, delivery schedule)
• Monitor order status and ensure on-time delivery
• Communicate with customers on orders, shipments, and issues
• Coordinate with Planning, Production, Warehouse, and SCM
• Handle and escalate delivery or quality issues
• Maintain accurate data and prepare basic reports

• Order accuracy
• Issue resolution time
Yêu cầu
Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree (Business / Supply Chain or related)
• 3-5 years in Customer Service / Logistics / Supply Chain
• Good English communication
• Excel and ERP knowledge preferred
