JOB PURPOSE
Provide technical support to sales team and customer in the process of pre and after sales of geared motors
Key Related Activities
• Understand of geared motor: functions, operation, manual ... in order to train salesman, support to choose products and train customers.
• Understand of Applications: operation, installing, maintaining in order to support customers to calculating and find good solutions
• Use AutoCAD, specialized software... to make drawings, technical data
• Survey facilities of End Users to build the products map of all sectors/industry
• Co-ordinate with other function ie DSC, Quality, Productions to solve technical issues as well as products quality as: options request, maintenance, guarantee...
• To confirm all products for salesmen before offering to customers.
• Other tasks as may be requested from time to time.
