Overview
This position is responsible for leveraging customer data to execute targeted marketing activities, including audience segmentation, campaign delivery, and performance evaluation. The role focuses on optimizing promotional efforts through email and social media channels.
Beyond basic planning and strategy, the position requires strong analytical skills to interpret results and apply insights to future initiatives. Effective utilization of the Customer Data Platform (CDP) is essential to deepen customer understanding and address business challenges.
Candidates should demonstrate both strategic planning capabilities and analytical thinking to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities will involve performing the following tasks primarily using the CDP.
In the near term, this role will specifically involve leveraging customer data stored in the CDP (including personal information and purchase data) from both our company and partner companies to perform the following three tasks:
• Create use cases such as RFM analysis and fraudulent user detection.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop metrics that can be utilized internally.
• Optimize promotions using email and social media.

1. Data Analysis & Performance Measurement
• KPI Analysis: Measure key indicators such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage customer data for targeted marketing and analyze advertising performance to identify areas for campaign improvement.
• Current State Analysis: Analyze customer information to gain insights into business performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Reporting: Prepare reports and deliver insights to internal teams and clients.
2. Optimization Work
• Targeting Optimization: Develop customized strategies for each customer segment through user data and behavior analysis.
• Creative Optimization: Continuously improve content and design to increase CTR and conversion rates. Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to achieve optimal performance.
• Budget Management: Allocate advertising spend efficiently to maximize ROI.
3. Leveraging Customer Data & Market Trends
• Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and adopt the latest
digital marketing technologies.
• New Service Development: Propose and develop new services by leveraging CDP and customer data.
