Mô tả công việc
Manage the customer development team.
Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions with investor teams.
Meet and interact with customers; provide support, financial and investment advice, and share project details with clients assigned by the team.
Identify and consult new potential investors, and close sales deals.
Participate in company activities, including training programs and practical sessions (e.g., via Zoom).
Guide customers in creating accounts, integrating tools, performing transactions, and securing their accounts.
Priority will be given to candidates with skills in sales consultation, training, small-scale conference hosting, or group training.
Support group customers and travel within the assigned area as per the schedule.

Yêu cầu
Age: 23-35 years old.
Proficient in office computer applications and remote reporting software.
Strong communication skills, ability to present to groups, and share insights during group meetings.
Competence in leading small meetings, giving group presentations using slides, and speaking on stage.
A learning mindset, honesty, and a positive work attitude.
Experience: At least 1 year in sales or investment consulting; knowledge of crypto and Blockchain investment is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer psychology understanding.
Quick learner with basic skills in group sharing and training.
Proficient in office computer applications and remote reporting software.
Strong communication skills, ability to present to groups, and share insights during group meetings.

Salary: Base salary of 12-15 million VND + performance bonuses.
Allowances: 2-3 million VND for travel and meals (depending on the location).

Potential promotion to Lead Supp Training based on demonstrated performance and reliability.
