As an Customer Intelligence Intern at MoMo, you will play a key role in supporting our user research and product development activities. You will work behind the scenes to ensure every interview, testing session, and user interaction runs smoothly - from recruiting participants to coordinating schedules and preparing logistics.

Support daily operational tasks including user recruitment, screening, scheduling, and confirmation for interviews, surveys, and usability testing sessions.
Coordinate logistics for both online and offline sessions (setup, room booking, equipment preparation, participant check-in).
Update tracking sheets, participant databases, and operational reports to ensure accuracy and timely status updates.
Communicate with internal teams (Research, BU) to align timelines, requirements, and session readiness.
Handle arising issues during fieldwork operations (drop-outs, rescheduling, replacement users) proactively and efficiently.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Leader
Yêu cầu
Final year students/fresh graduates/no more than 2 years of working experience with GPA at least 3.2/4 or 8.0/10;
Passion for observing behavior & synthesizing insights into product design;
Can express ideas clearly and simply; listen to others;
Good data/ insights analysis / interpretation skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication;
Good attitude and ability to work independently, as well as part of a team;
Have a working knowledge of qualitative research, quantitative research methods, or statistical analysis (preferred);
Language: Chinese is a plus.
