ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Customer Representative (CR) to join our Revenue Operations team. This position plays a key role in developing the domestic market, managing customer relationships, supporting international business activities, and driving business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Vietnam Local Sales Development
• Manage and operate the company's Zalo business channel, including content creation, customer engagement, and promotional campaigns.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, interior design firms, and project customers.
• Drive sales of B/C-grade engineered quartz slab inventory through distribution and project channels.
• Support customer visits, business meetings, and sales trips.
Global
Business Development Support
• Prepare product presentations, catalogs, and sales materials for international customers.
• Maintain and update global customer databases and follow-up records.
• Coordinate factory visits and meetings for overseas customers.
Quotation & Pricing Support
• Prepare quotations based on customer requirements.
• Collect market data for pricing analysis and monthly price updates.
• Support pricing calculations based on production costs, logistics costs, exchange rates, and market conditions.
Operations Support
• Consolidate inventory reports and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Support daily business operations and other assigned tasks.
