Job Summary
Working location: AEON Mall Binh Duong Canary (HCM), AEON Mall Thanh Hoa (Thanh Hoa), AEON Mall Ha Long (Quang Ninh)
Working hours: Shift (7 hours/day, 6 days/week)
Report to: Supervisor
What You Do
Patrol areas inside AEON Mall to support customers when necessary:
Provide necessary and accurate information to customers (For example: locations of booths, utility areas
programs, events at AEON Mall
services, utilities of AEON Mall, ...)
Support when customers encounter difficult situations (For example: lost belongings, relatives, heavy lifting, ...)
Directly or coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
Promptly notify relevant departments when detecting incidents and situations that may affect customers at the shopping mall.
Other related tasks as required by superiors.
