Customer Service:
• Handle customer inquiries regarding shipment status, schedules, rates, and documentation.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and overseas agents.
• Provide shipment updates and proactive communication for any delay or issue.
• Follow customer SOP and ensure service quality.
Operations:
• Arrange booking with shipping lines / co-loaders.
• Coordinate export and import shipments from booking until cargo delivery.
• Monitor vessel schedules, cargo loading, and shipment movement.
• Coordinate with trucking companies, customs brokers, and carriers.
• Follow up SI, VGM, AMS/ISF/AFR filings when required.
• Ensure smooth cargo movement and timely shipment handling.
Documentation:
• Prepare and verify shipping documents: Bill of Lading, Shipping Instruction (SI), Debit Note / Credit Note.
• Ensure accuracy of documentation and system update.
• Handle invoicing and file closing.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, Import-Export, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Seafreight Operations / Customer Service in a freight forwarding or logistics company.
• Good knowledge of ocean export/import procedures and shipping documentation.
