Mô tả công việc
Handle customer service and documentation tasks for Sea Export shipments.
Coordinate bookings, vessel schedules, and shipment arrangements with customers, shipping lines, and related parties.
Prepare and check shipping documents, including Shipping Instructions (SI), VGM, Bill of Lading (B/L), Manifest, and other relevant documents.
Ensure all shipping documents are accurate and submitted within deadlines.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Documentation, and other departments to ensure smooth shipment handling.
Handle and follow up on shipment-related issues and provide timely solutions.
Maintain proper filing and update shipment records and reports.
Yêu cầu
College/University degree in Logistics, Import-Export, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Documentation, preferably in Sea Export.
Basic knowledge of export procedures, Incoterms, and sea-freight documentation.
Good English communication skills, especially in email correspondence.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under deadlines.
Good communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
