Mô tả công việc
- Mainly provide customer support after sale about all Panasonic represented machines through phone / email/ other application software / on-site.
- Perform customer support before sale about: demonstration / simulation, ... etc.
- Windows person to contact with Singapore / Japan side to follow up and troubleshoot issue / customer' requirements.
Notice:
- New members will be attended training at PFSAP/ PVPAD training center or On Job Training to improve knowledge / skills before handling activities.
- Onsite support customers as Service Engineer to improve actual service skills in 6 months or 1 year.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering or related equivalent.
- Experience of technical field about maintenance and repairing Panasonic SMT equipment.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, electronic skills.
- Able to work independently, under high pressure, day/night shift.
- Service mind characteristic.
- Effective communication / reporting skill is must.
- Foreign language: English level is intermediate or higher.
- Computer proficiency including software relevant applications.
