Mô tả công việc
I. Duties
1. Customer Service
Receive customers' requests from all sources (email, phone call, messages, face-to-face, ...) then address to Customer in line with Company policies and search for customers' satisfactory.
Co-operate with all other departments to resolve requests and/or complaints from customer
Support in creating the complaints management protocol
Strictly follow company protocol of customer support, child protection as well as complaints management
Promote and maintain the company's image by delivering high quality of professional customer service. Follow up closely with customers, make sure all information of key benefits and features of the service are delivered.
Work on Customer Networks, Relation Activities. Build and maintain close relationships with both new and existing customers
Work on Customer Services Engineering and Design to standardize and Improve Service Quality.
Report number of prospective customers and take note all unresolved concerns and obstacles from parents daily, weekly and monthly.
2. Sales
Fully understand the company products & services through trainings and company's materials
Being able to introduce and consult customers (both B2B and B2C) about the company services confidently and efficiently via all channels (face-to-face meeting, email, messages, calling, ...)
Provide the most updated consultation and promotion policy to customers and ensure the accuracy of information delivery
Ready to join events, conferences, workshops, ... to connect with potential customers and promote company's brand
Record all customer and sales data on the company system to receive commission for successful deals.
3. Interpreting/Translating
Being in charge of interpreting/translating between Chinese - Vietnamese when needed
Chinese - English is a big plus
4. Administration and Others:
Support for other tasks as per requirement from Line Manager.
To do other related works and activities as required

II. Requirement
1. Education
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Language or in other related fields
2. Experience
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in service industries
Previous sales experience in Education industry is a strong plus
Previous working experience with Chinese community is a big advantag
3. Skills & Knowledge
Good at verbal and written Chinese; minimum HSK5
Quick learner and interested in learning
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Has ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong focus on customer satisfaction
Experience using problem-solving and analytical skills to solve business problems and drive process improvements
1. Education
