1. Handle Customer Service Activities:
- Planning and contacting customer for daily service schedule:
- Managing service plan and documentation support
- Checking planning activities weekly to ensure the manpower, time effectiveness, travelling including minimum overtime before service schedule is confirmed.
- Sending visit notifications to customers on a monthly basic and when required.
- Registering service team information with site management unit before visits.
- Calling and confirming with customers for routine visits at least 12 hours before actual visits
- Discussing frequently with Supervisor/ Technicians of new schedule/ schedule changed versus initial arrangement as per Sale Dept/customer's request.
- Field attachment with service technician to deep dive customers understanding as well as travelling....
- Ensuring SOS completion comparing with service schedule and on time.
- Tracking all Visit Note/ Visit Rejection and escalate service issues to related function and follow up.
- Printing and passing service dockets completed in monthly basis to Finance (Collection team) team in timely basis as required.
- Reporting and highlighting to management team any unreasonable issues related to service schedule and actual service perform.
2. Other requested tasks:
- Handling seasonal projects, which is launched internally and effecting to Operations department.
- Building up and developing the company's culture with professional image.
- Other related tasks are required
Yêu cầu
- Graduated from College/University with major in Business Administration, Customer Service, Technical fields with the same level in foreign companies.
- Have at least 02-year experience in the field of sales administrator and/or customer service.
- Good working behavior
- Able to work independently and hard working in a multi-task function
- Able to solve problems
- Have responsibility and ability of management on small team
- Skill of communication in English
- Having knowledge on accounting is preferable
- Good health & willing to visit outside
