Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to support and coordinate customer orders in a fast-paced export manufacturing environment.
This role will work closely with international customers and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing from PO confirmation to delivery. The position is suitable for candidates with experience in manufacturing, order management, or customer coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive and handle customer inquiries, requests, and order information
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers until PO confirmation
• Coordinate with Production and related departments for order processing
• Monitor customer materials/components to ensure production readiness
• Follow up order progress from PO receipt to shipment delivery
• Communicate with customers via email, phone, and online channels in a timely and professional manner
• Send weekly WIP (Work-in-Progress) reports to customers
• Maintain accurate customer and order information
• Record and report arising issues during order processing
• Coordinate internally to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled effectively
Yêu cầu
Must-have Requirements
• Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Able to understand technical drawings, product specifications, and coordinate with internal technical teams
• Experience handling technical products, electronics, semiconductor, or manufacturing-related orders is highly preferred
• College degree or above
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Admin, Order Management, or related roles
• Technical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with product specifications and order-related documentation
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good time management and problem-solving ability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Nice-to-have Requirements
• Experience in manufacturing/import - export companies
• Experience working with international customers
• Knowledge of order processing and production coordination
• Experience in electronics or semiconductor industry is an advantage
