Thông tin tuyển dụng Customer Service Executive
Mô tả công việc
- Monitoring shipping documents and customer service related tasks for Ocean and Air Import/Export shipments.
- Contacting to shipping lines/ airlines/co-loaders/consolidators to solve any problem incurred.
- Communicating & co-ordinating with oversea agents to handle nominated shipments both sending and getting nomination.
- Enhancing strong relationship with oversea agents, pushing for more nomination from them, passing sales leads from agents to sales team, exchanging sales lead with agents if any.
- Placing booking, getting SI (shipping instruction) from customers, making bill of ladings, all documents related to the shipment.
- Coordinating with operation staff to take care of b/l & document pick-up.
- Follow-up with customer about stuffing plan and solve problem if any.
- Proactively and effectively solve customers' complaints.
- Following up a shipment from booking stage until delivered at destination, proactively preventing any problem which can ben foreseen.
- Reporting to Manager if any problem related to Ocean and Air Outbound/inbound shipments.

Yêu cầu khác
- From 22 years old
- University or college graduation in relation to Economics, Foreign Trade, Maritime Transportation...
- Good knowledge about international trade, incoterms and exporting market.
- Fluency in writing and speaking English.
- Good computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- High responsibility, being able to work under pressure.
- Being service-minded, careful, hard-working and positive thinking.
- Having shipping & logistics experience and sales orientation is an advantage
