1. Customer care:
- Support and answer difficulties and questions for tenants
- Support guests in site-check and introduce available services
2. Office administration:
- Ensure and maintain the quality of 5 star office services to provide the best services to tenants
- Check the room and the quality of cleaning periodically as required
- Guide and control the general regulations for tenants and ensure that they are able to understand and comply with the regulations when using office services at the Sentry Connect
- Manage assets and equipment, and schedule periodic maintenance for the office
- Manage inventory, schedule orders for equipment and supplies during operation
- Manage staff (CS, tea lady,...) to ensure that the team can provide the best services to all tenants
3. Admin tasks related to tenants and payment of services
- Track payment of rental fees and monthly service for tenants
- Store and update contracts related to tenants
- Support customers to book event halls and set up events as required
- Other arising tasks
