RESPONSIBILITIES
1/ Order Management and Documentation:
Process orders via email or other platforms.
Logistics arrangement if required
Ensure accuracy in orders and invoices.
Coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries.
Prepare all documents required ( Invoice, Packing List, shipping documents).
Manage sales-related documents and records.
2/ Sales Presentation/ Customer Service Support:
Demonstrates and presents products to target customers
Customer Relationship Management
Assist with order processing, tracking, and fulfillment.
Provide customer service and handle inquiries and after-sales support.
Maintain and update customer records.
Handle customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
3/ Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely product delivery.
4/ Reporting: Create and manage sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
5/ Data Management:
Maintain and update customer and prospect databases.
Track and analyze sales data and reports.
Complete the ad-hoc tasks as required by Line Manager.
Yêu cầu
PERSONAL SPECS
1/ Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
2/ Experience
- Having around 2-3 years in / Sales Admin/ Customer Service/ Admin / Logistics position.
Having Sales experience or willingness to learn and challenge him/herself in Sales (foreigner clients) is prefered.
Having experience in distribution, retails, trading, forwarding, service provider, transportation company is a plus.
- Order Systems Knowledge: Could use SAP, Power BI.
3/ Skills
- English level: IELTS Academic 5.5 or equivalent
- Microsoft Office: Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
