Customer Service (mnufacturing/ logistics)

1. Sale Support
Receive customer's order and analysis of trend of customer demand
Prepare for delivery schedule, required documents (delivery order/ inspection sheets etc.) together with warehouse vendor in order to arrange goods delivery to customer on time.
Cooperate with accounting department to issue invoice to customer;
Prepare for required documents based on payment process
Other requests from customers
Filing all related documents as regulation to assure good profile and well maintain for future reference
2. Inventory Control, Planning and suppoting for W/H Operation
Update status of stock on hand & goods in transit daily to ensure delivery to customer on the basis of customer order & forecast
Cooperate with sales team and inventory planning department to make purchasing plan to factories
Support for enhancement of W/H operation in need and stock taking
3. Logistics Control; Import-Export process
Make import-export plan by following goods on hand/in transit and proceed import-export goods based on procedure by cooperation with logistics agency timely and efficiently
