Mô tả Công việc
Ensure the ERP cycle is completed for all orders and ensure processing and monitoring in accordance with agreed upon terms in order to optimally serve customer needs for all customers (local, export and ICD).
Ensure all orders are processed and monitored to acheive OTIF target.
Register in SAP and process sales orders, order confirmation, stock availability and order follow up, stock transfer orders and including documentations.
Keep overview of order status and be focal point in case of inquiries.
Commitment towards customers for delivery on confirmed date.
Follow up on backorders/ backlog status and specific customer requests to ensure excellence customer service and customer experience.
Communicate adequately on order status and issues towards relevant parties (internally and externally).
Arrange to send commercial samples and FOC to customer.
Issue debit note and credit note related prices settle, return goods
Support to collect and verify customer master data in order to MDM team to create and maintain customer master data in system
Participate in relevant Demand Control processes.
Transport booking and monitoring
Co-ordinate with logistics team for booking arrangement for local delivery and export shipments to meet customer requirements ETA date and on time in full.
Ensure the original shipping documents send to customers on time before shipment arrival.
Work closely with customers and forwarder regarding the booking return shipment and following up the export document from customers to provide the export destination site people.
Give Logistics team the input on performance of shipping companies and 3rd party warehouse.
Assist sales team with promotional activities and meeting logistics.
Acts as focal point for customer complaints handling, returns and credits.
Customer complaint register and follow up with relevant parties (internally and externally)
Co-ordinate customer care activities, including surveys.
Troubleshooting assistance for Sales/ Customers and relevent problems.

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Intermediate English Skills required. Chinese is preferred.
Experience with SAP/ CRM is preferred.
Knowledge of Sales and Customer Service best practices.
Multitasking, Reporting skills.
Proactivity, Communication, Teamwork, Customer Care skills.
Experience in similar role at a coating company is preferred
