1. Accountable for the coordination of services to nominated key accounts and the support and back up for service delivery across the south asia portfolio.
2. Coordinate internal and external delivery of goods to all customers, ensuring accurate and on time delivery.
3. Proactively address customer concerns and requests, developing solutions that demonstrate the detpak promise of delivering quality value and service
4. Provide level 1 customer service to new and existing Detpak Industrial Vietnam accounts and develop strong, long-term relationships with customers, while proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow existing accounts.
5. Promote the organisation's products and services to customers through all interactions and telephone contact, while proactively identifying opportunities to grow sales through existing customer accounts.
6. Proactively identify and support sales opportunities by understanding customer needs, upcoming projects,
purchasing behaviour and potential new requirements, and communicate these opportunities to the Business Managers
7. Proactively gather and share customer, competitor and market intelligence, including competitor activities, customer preferences and market trends, to identify business opportunities and risks and support sales strategies
8. Support the preparation of customer presentations, account reviews and customer reporting to provide insights and identify opportunities for customer development.
9. Coordinate internally and externally the quality control process.
10. Management of debtors/ account reconciliation.
11. Support the new product development enquiry process, including samples management, managing artwork transition, mock-ups and concepts.
12. Coordinate new item setup of new products.
13. Collate and provide key customers with required reports when requested..
14. Process customer orders for nominated key accounts accurately and in a timely manner.
15. Act as the first point of contact for customer distribution centre enquiries specifically regarding the customer's orders, deliveries or back orders.
16. Effectively manage aged stock.
