Tenant Experience: Deliver impeccable hospitality services, promptly addressing needs, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere that sets us apart.
Community Building: Innovate tenant experiences, crafting a vibrant community through engaging initiatives.
Rental Collection: Ensure seamless rent collection, maintaining accurate records and efficient processes.
Viewing and Sales: Showcase properties persuasively, aiding in successful tenant acquisitions and sales efforts.
Marketing: Develop and implement strategies that attract potential tenants, enhancing property visibility.
Property Maintenance: Oversee property upkeep, collaborating with teams for timely maintenance solutions.
Tenant Contract Renewals: Manage contract renewals, prioritizing tenant relationships and retention.
Tenant Relationship Management: Build strong tenant relationships, resolving queries and issues promptly.

Qualifications:
Able to communicate in English fluently.
1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in industries such as real estate, commercial property, hospitality (hotels/restaurants), insurance, and related sectors.
People person.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail.
Passionate about community building.
Passionate about delivering an exceptional living experience.
Flexibility to accommodate varying work hours and location.
Doesn't mind traveling across HCMC (travel expenses claimable).
Qualifications:
