- Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a prompt and professional manner
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers
- Relay customer feedback, concerns, and needs to the Supervisor or Department Head
- Create simple reports related to customer inquiries
- Investigate and resolve customer issues using internal tools and systems
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Department Head
Yêu cầu
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus
- Strong proficiency in using email, live chat, and other online communication tools
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Can speak in Vietnamese and English
- Willing to relocate to Cambodia
