We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Customer Service Executive to join our team. This position acts as the key liaison between the company and clients, ensuring smooth communication, order management, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the order-to-delivery process, including order confirmation, changes, and follow-ups.
Communicate proactively with customers regarding lead times, delivery status, and product updates.
Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Planning, QA, Logistics) to meet service expectations.
Handle customer complaints, feedback, and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain customer data, order records, and update ERP system accurately.
