Customer Service
Purchasing1) Establish a customer order management system;
2) Receive orders and conduct pre-audits based on standard verification terms to ensure order accuracy; Send back orders/contracts and promptly track signature confirmation;
3) Track order status to ensure timely delivery and arrange delivery
4) Verify invoices and arrange billing to expedite receipt of payment.
5) Sales support for inventory check and documents providing
6) Other supporting issue for sales like quotation, customer reception
Logistics and Customs
• According to the company's overall strategic planning, analyze the operation system of logistics, develop relevant workflow processes, respond quickly to logistics exceptions, control logistics costs, optimize logistics solutions, maintain and manage logistics suppliers, communicate with upstream and downstream departments, and handle other special trade import goods, etc.
• Responsible for daily shipping, vehicle allocation, transportation registration, tracking of cargo transfer information, exception feedback, freight reconciliation, and payment processing.
• Responsible for collecting customs declaration data, booking, arranging trailers, customs declaration, transportation, and producing customer demand documents (bill of lading, insurance policy, certificate of origin), etc.
1. Manufacturing experience. Fluent in Chinese.
2. Priority given to candidates with backgrounds in international trade, logistics management, business English, or supply chain management.
3. At least one year of experience in foreign trade, customer service, purchasing, logistics, or customs-related work.
4. Familiar with foreign trade order processes, export customs declaration procedures, and international logistics operations.
For this position:
