Mô tả công việc
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
1. Manage end-to-end logistics operations, from order processing and documentation to shipment and delivery.
2. Ensure excellent customer service, operational accuracy, and on-time delivery.
3. Liaise with the 3rd Party Logistics Provider (3PL), purchase/ trading team of customers to obtain information relating to the preparation and shipping of customer purchase orders.
4. Handle and resolve customer complaints, shipment issues, and operational escalations.
5. Monitor backlog, shipment status, operational performance, and costs; provide accurate reports to Management.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, quality standards, and local regulations.
7. Drive process improvement, team development, and operational efficiency.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
9. Managing and updating customer information, transport documents and data on the system;
10. Coordinating with shipping lines, agents, ports/terminals, and relevant internal departments;
11. Assisting with freight reconciliation, payments, and related administrative tasks.
Yêu cầu
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
1. Language: Proficiency in English, including 4 skills suitable for work;
2. Education: College degree or higher;
3. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, maritime transportation, or logistics, with experience in an Operations/ Supervisory or Management role preferred.
- Female candidates preferred
4. Professional knowledge: Good understanding of Incoterms, Vietnam import/export
regulations, international trade, freight forwarding processes, and logistics documentation.
5. Personal abilities: Excellent communication and coordination skills, a strong service-oriented
attitude, and high execution capabilities;
6. Personal qualities: Careful, responsible, and a good team player, passionate about and
seriously committed to a career in logistics.

Work location: 165 Thai Ha, Dong Da, Ha Noi.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday; Saturday morning once/ month.
