Mô tả công việc
• Daily working time: 1 shift/day, 6 shifts/week.
- Morning shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. (1-hour lunch break)
- Afternoon shift: 1:00 PM-10:00 PM (1-hour evening break)
• Welcome guests to the mall and guide them to the necessary information.
• Record customer feedback and report on a daily basis.
• Manage the lobby and ensure the cleanliness of the customer care counter area.
• Receive and answer the phone (if any) and transfer it to the relevant department.
• Support administrative work and some other related papers as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
• Flexibility to work on shifts.
• Can communicate fluently in English; highly proficient in spoken and written Vietnamese.
• Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer service mindset.
• Proactive at work.
• Training provided-freshers welcome!
